The App is designed to work primarily offline and follows Google Play Families Policy and COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) guidelines.
2. Information We Collect
We DO NOT collect:
- Child’s real name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Home address
- School information
- Photos
- Contacts
- Camera data
- Location
- Microphone recordings
- Advertising ID for personalized ads
The App does not require registration.
3. Information Stored Locally
The following information is stored only on your device using Android Room Database:
- Child Profile Name (nickname only)
- Avatar selection
- Quiz scores
- Learning progress
- Completed levels
- Stars earned
- Streaks
- Achievements
- Selected language
- Selected app theme
- Settings preferences
This information never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable online features.
4. Optional Online Features
Some features require an internet connection.
These include:
- Family Leaderboard
- Online Multiplayer
- Cloud Score Sync (if enabled)
When these features are used, the App may use:
- Firebase Anonymous Authentication
- Firebase Realtime Database
Anonymous Authentication creates a random anonymous identifier.
No email address or personal identity is required.
5. AI Features
The App includes optional AI-powered features such as:
- AI Hint Tutor
- AI-generated Story Word Problems
When these features are used:
- Only the math question is sent to the AI service.
- No child profile information is shared.
- No personal information is included.
If internet is unavailable, the App automatically switches to its built-in offline question and hint library.
6. Children’s Privacy
Smart Kids Maths Tables is specifically designed for children.
We:
- Do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
- Do not display personalized advertisements.
- Do not allow chat features.
- Do not allow public usernames.
- Do not allow social networking.
Parents remain in full control of the application.
7. Parent Zone
The Parent Zone is protected using a simple math challenge.
Parents can:
- View learning progress
- Reset progress
- Change child profiles
- Change narration language
- Configure timers
- Enable or disable sounds
No personal information is collected in Parent Zone.
8. Permissions Used
The App uses only the permissions necessary for its educational features.
Possible permissions include:

10. Advertising
Smart Kids Maths Tables is designed for families.
The App:
- Does not contain personalized advertisements.
- Does not use behavioral advertising.
- Does not track children across apps or websites.
If advertisements are introduced in future versions, they will comply with the Google Play Families Policy.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information.
Most educational data remains stored locally on your device.
When online features are enabled, data is transmitted securely using encrypted connections.
12. Data Retention
Local data remains on your device until:
- You uninstall the App, or
- You choose “Reset Progress” inside Parent Zone.
Online leaderboard information (if enabled) may remain stored in Firebase until deleted.
13. International Users
The App may use cloud services provided by Google Firebase and Google Gemini, which may process data on servers located in different countries.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
